Contact us via e-mail if you want insurance to cover your package. This is not included in the shipping fee. We can easily bill you for the amount necessary to cover insurance. It is very rare for a loss/theft to occur, but we do not offer refunds/replacements for shipments once we have sent orders out.

A 7% tax should be applied at checkout for Iowa residents ONLY. Non-Iowa shipping destinations/buyers should not be charged sales tax.
